We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders. Our shipping is handled by DHL Express.

All Rocio orders include complimentary worldwide express delivery, with all duties and taxes included.

You won't pay additional fees beyond the product price.

We want you to have your new Rocio as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

Delivery takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location.

You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

Please note, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The costs associated with the return are at the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
